No waves? Our SwellTech system will improve your surfing before the next swell hits. The 2020 SwellTech trucks are designed to mimic the movement of a surfboard by having a completely free motion front truck, with a more rigid standard truck in the rear. The free motion front truck mimics the unlimited movement of a surfboard -pump for speed and turn in any direction- while the rear truck acts as a stabilizing pivot point, like the fins in a surfboard.

The new 2020 SwellTech Trucks have an upgraded feature in the front axle that allows the trucks to rotate smoother when performing a deep carve and also greatly improves the life of the springs.

Our trucks are under Lifetime Warranty; break a part and we will ship and replace them for free.

The Austin Keen Pro model is our shortest board at 33 inches. The compact size is good for tight turns, snappy maneuvers, and narrow stance riders.

We recommend this board to riders 4’5’ to 5’10 or 130-170cm tall. *Note, These heights are only suggestions, any rider can shred any board*

Limassol, Cyprus, (It is in Europe :)) We don’t have the best pavement here, even on the city bike trails. It is energy consuming to push on rough pavement and distracting. So perfect pumping ability of this board is the way to go. Moreover this board really has a nice “wheel rolling”. Before that I had my trick board with 54 hard wheels and MBS mountainboard with 200mm inflatables, wich I mostly used strapless in the city as well. This board has the longest “rolling” among those. Probably mbs on road slicks might compete with it, but not on stock off-road tires. Nice weight/length to “rolling” ratio, I even manage to make some ollie on it. Also bought spare 36” Blackops deck – will give it a try with those trucks after. Ah, the wheelbase measurements in the description might be confusing. As far as I know in skate world they measure whelbase between truck’s inner bolts (it is 45cm/17.5 inches for this board) and the described (51cm/20 inches) is more like between axle centers (keep in mind that). And the weight is 3.450 grams (7.5 lbs) not 5kg (11 lbs) as in the description (perhaps they meant in package).
I can’t say that propriatary truck holes pattern (4 in the back with their own pattern and 3 in front) is a cool thing… As well as the possibility to buy trucks separate, especially the front one – whould be nice if we could.
Also pretty sad that I could not buy this one in Europe – local partners did not have it. And had to pay full customs. Being the fan of AK (mostly from skim and foilboarding “universe”), and according to nice design of this particular board I had no choice but to order it from the US 🙂
In general for the moment I am pretty satisfied. Definitely it is what I planed to get from this board, and probably it costs the price. Thanks!

I just got mine a few days ago, very fast delivery. The board is solid and the truck is very responsive which makes the session super fun Thanks, Swell-Tech.
